I loved the cozy cottage style of the accommodation and the exposed beams were a charming touch. The location was fantastic, with a nice walk along the river nearby and plenty of cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a perfect stay for our family.

We had such a great time at this holiday park! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and right on the river. The cabin was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The staff were friendly and the communication was excellent. We loved that the heater was already turned on when we arrived, and the cabin was clean with great amenities. It had everything we needed for a short stay.
The cabin we were originally booked in was in need of some repairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Nepean By Gateway Lifestyle Holiday Parks. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage I stayed in was tidy and the after-hours access was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure my needs were met. The location of the park was also great, with easy access to shops and the M4. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff welcome was very good. Friendly receptionist and helpful security. Quiet location and well-equipped cabin for basic cooking. Great proximity to walks, mountains, shopping, and restaurants. Delightfully quiet community. Clean and comfortable beds. Recommended for the basic necessities and value for money.

I recently had a really enjoyable weekend stay at a hotel in Penrith. The hotel was close to everything we needed, including the shops and Nepean hospital. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met.
